Welcome to celiums.ai, operated by Celiums Research Labs, a division of Celiums Solutions, LLC (“Celiums Research Labs,” “the Labs,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). celiums.ai is a research website: we publish open scientific work — papers, source code, model weights, and datasets — and may offer experimental tools and demos for research purposes. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the celiums.ai website and any associated research materials and experimental services (collectively, the “Service”).
Commercial products, subscriptions, and the Celiums platform are offered separately at celiums.io under their own terms. These Terms cover the research site only. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Effective June 5, 2026.
For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply.
- Company
- Celiums Solutions, LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Florida, USA, the legal entity of which Celiums Research Labs is a division.
- Celiums Research Labs (“the Labs”)
- The research division of the Company that operates celiums.ai and publishes its scientific work.
- Service
- The celiums.ai website, its documentation, and any experimental APIs, demos, or interactive tools the Labs may make available for research purposes.
- Research Outputs
- The papers, source code, model weights, datasets, and other scientific materials the Labs publishes, each released under the open license stated in its repository or publication.
- User
- “you” or “your” — any individual, entity, or automated agent that accesses or uses the Service.
- Content
- Text, data, software, graphics, or other materials provided through the Service.
By using the Service, you accept these Terms.
By accessing or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Acceptable Use Policy. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind it. We may refuse, restrict, or terminate access to the Service at our discretion where use violates applicable law or these Terms.
Our research is open. Its license — not these Terms — governs your use of it.
Celiums Research Labs publishes its scientific work openly. Published Research Outputs — including papers, source code, model weights, and datasets — are released under the open-source and open-content licenses stated in their respective repositories or publications (for example, GPL-3.0, Apache-2.0, or CC-BY-SA-4.0).
When you cite or reuse Research Outputs, please honor the attribution and share-alike conditions of the applicable license, and cite the corresponding paper or DOI where one is provided.
Any tools here are research previews — not production services.
Any APIs, demos, or interactive tools offered on celiums.ai are research previews, provided for evaluation and scientific purposes. They are not production services.
- They carry no service-level commitment — no uptime target, no SLA, no guarantee of availability.
- They may be rate-limited, changed, or withdrawn at any time, with or without notice.
- They are provided strictly on an “as is” and “as available” basis (see Section 08).
- Outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or experimental; you are responsible for reviewing and testing anything you rely on.
If a research preview requires a credential or key, you are responsible for keeping it confidential and for activity under it, and you agree not to share it publicly. Commercial, supported, production-grade services are offered separately at celiums.io.
Lawful, reasonable, good-faith use.
Your use of the Service is governed by our Acceptable Use Policy. In summary, you agree not to use the Service to violate any law; to harm, harass, or infringe the rights of others; to generate or distribute malware; to attempt to gain unauthorized access to, disrupt, or overburden the Service or its infrastructure; or to circumvent security measures or rate limits. Violation may result in suspension or termination of access.
Published work is open. Unpublished work and our marks are not.
6.1 Published Research Outputs
Your rights in published Research Outputs are governed by the open license stated with each, as described in Section 03 — not by this Section.
6.2 The Labs’ other property
Except for material released under an open license, the Service — including the celiums.ai website, its design, unpublished research, and the names and marks “Celiums,” “Celiums Research Labs,” “Hyphae,” “mycelium,” and “MARS” — is the property of Celiums Solutions, LLC and its licensors, protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. These Terms grant you no right to use our names or marks except as permitted by an applicable open license or by fair use.
6.3 Feedback
If you send us feedback, suggestions, or bug reports, you grant the Company a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use it without obligation to you.
We collect little, and we don’t train on your inputs.
We collect minimal technical telemetry (e.g., request counts, error rates, timestamps) for security, abuse-prevention, and to operate the site. Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy.
AS-IS, AS-AVAILABLE.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, accurate, or error-free. Research outputs and AI-assisted results carry inherent risks. You assume full responsibility for reviewing, securing, and testing anything you obtain from the Service before relying on or deploying it.
To the maximum extent the law allows.
The Service is provided free of charge for research purposes. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company’s total aggregate liability for all claims relating to the Service shall not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (USD 100). This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory on which a claim is based.
You cover claims arising from your use.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Celiums Solutions, LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, or your violation of any third-party or legal right. This obligation survives your use of the Service.
Either side can end access at any time.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service or any experimental tool immediately, without notice or liability, at our discretion — including for any breach of these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, or suspected abuse. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Intellectual Property, Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, and Indemnification) survive.
Florida, USA.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that the state and federal courts located in Florida shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute not subject to Section 13, and you consent to their jurisdiction and venue.
Talk to us first.
Before filing any claim, you agree to contact us at hello@celiums.ai and attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute informally for at least thirty (30) days. Most concerns can be resolved this way.
One bad clause doesn’t sink the rest.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
These Terms, plus the linked policies.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Acceptable Use Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding the Service and supersede any prior agreements on that subject. The open licenses accompanying our Research Outputs are separate agreements that govern that material.
We may update these Terms.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date above. Material changes will be reflected on this page; your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
