This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) outlines the permissible and prohibited uses of celiums.ai, the research website of Celiums Research Labs, together with its documentation and any experimental tools or APIs (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using celiums.ai, you agree to comply with this AUP — and it applies in addition to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
Lawful purposes. Reasonable conduct. Your responsibility.
You may use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with our Terms of Service. You are responsible for your own conduct and for ensuring that your use of the Services does not violate applicable laws, regulations, or this AUP.
Six categories of conduct that are not allowed.
To ensure the integrity, security, and performance of celiums.ai for all users, the following activities are strictly prohibited.
You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code or internal workings of any non-public component of the Services. This does not restrict our published research, which is open and governed by its own license — see the Terms of Use.
Our published research is open — you are welcome to use, modify, and redistribute it under the terms of its license. You may not, however, strip required attribution, breach a work's license conditions, misrepresent or falsely attribute our research, or claim affiliation with or endorsement by Celiums Research Labs without permission. Access to non-public components and experimental tools is for your direct, good-faith use.
No robot, spider, crawler, scraper, or any automated means or interface that is not our official API may be used to access the Services or extract data. Harvesting proprietary data or information about other users is prohibited.
You must respect the rate limits and usage quotas of any experimental tool or API. Bypassing, circumventing, or interfering with our rate-limiting mechanisms is prohibited. Excessive requests that place a disproportionate load on our servers are not permitted.
If a research preview issues you a key or credential, it is personal to you and confidential. You may not share, publicly post, embed in public repositories, or otherwise expose your keys or login details to unauthorized third parties. You are solely responsible for the security of your credentials.
No use that violates applicable law; no generation of illegal content, malware, ransomware, or viruses; no fraud, phishing, spamming, or impersonation; no harassment, abuse, threats, or incitement of violence; no infringement of intellectual property, privacy, or other third-party rights.
2.6 · Specific examples of harmful use

- Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.
- Generate, promote, or distribute illegal content, malware, ransomware, or viruses.
- Engage in fraud, phishing, spamming, or impersonation.
- Harass, abuse, threaten, or incite violence against any person or group.

Escalation ladder. From warning to law enforcement.
We reserve the right to monitor usage to ensure compliance with this AUP. If we determine, at our sole discretion, that you have violated any provision of this policy, we may take one or more of the following actions without prior notice:
This document evolves with the platform.
We may update this Acceptable Use Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our Services or evolving operational practices. We will notify users of any material changes. Continued use of the Services after such updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised AUP.
Report a violation. Ask a question.
