PliegoCSS / RELEASE DOSSIER
The release candidate where the cascade left a receipt.
PliegoCSS is public-preview software; the current public release is 0.1.0-rc.2.

01 / SHIPPED
What changed in this version.
One public nineteen-crate unit
PliegoCSS 0.1.0-rc.2 publishes nineteen exact-version crates as one compatibility unit.
Ordinary CSS first
PliegoCSS audits ordinary CSS and emits static CSS artifacts without introducing a browser styling runtime.
Typed authoring and shared diagnostics
pc!, pcx!, the CLI, the LSP, and analysis surfaces reuse one Rust semantic core with fail-closed diagnostics.
Artifacts with provenance and rollback
CSS, Source Map v3, manifests, findings, token maps, asset plans, and receipts can publish as one controlled group with read-only checking and drift-guarded rollback.
The public surface became product, too
0.1.0-rc.2 added the bilingual PliegoRS-and-PliegoCSS site, interactive examples, documentation, search, progressive motion, brandbook, DTCG tokens, and editorial assets with provenance.
02 / NOT INCLUDED
The boundary is part of the changelog, too.
- 0.1.0-rc.2 is a public-preview release candidate, not the final 0.1.0 release.
- 0.1.0 remains blocked until the machine-readiness record is closed.
- PliegoCSS does not replace browser cascade, layout, paint, or compatibility and does not promise complete Tailwind parity.
- Editor clients remain candidates, and missing usage observation stays unknown rather than dead CSS.
03 / MAIN, NOT YET SHIPPED
What comes next is not the release yet.
The canonical changelog's Unreleased section records no later changes at verification time. This dossier remains deliberately pinned to tag v0.1.0-rc.2 and attributes no future main-branch change to the release.
04 / EVIDENCE
You do not have to trust this summary.
The release, complete changelog, and source remain with the system's authority.
